Last night I watched three DVD’s by Ravi Zacharias back-to-back. A friend at work introduced me to Ravi a few weeks ago and I’ve been mesmerized ever since by his remarkable ability to give a ready defense of his faith. Even when hit with really tough questions, he’s got a unique knack for seeing through to the underlying issue and returning an accurate, thoughtful, and Biblical response. In the past I’ve been asked a lot of questions that I don’t know how to answer, and I’ve been encouraged by his insightful discussions of some of those same issues. I’ve got three more DVDs and two CDs waiting, and my Men’s Bible Study group is going to start watching them on thursday nights now that our Ecclesiastes study is finished. I hope they are as encouraging for the guys as it has been for me.
