I'm currently in the middle of reading three books. Ok, so I'm in the middle of reading a ton of books, but the three that I'm actively reading at the moment are The Big Picture: Understanding the Story of the Bible by Tommy Nelson (recently republished under the title The Story Of God), The Barbarian Way: Unleash the Untamed Faith Within by Erwin Raphael McManus, and Wild at Heart: Discovering the Secret of a Man's Soul by John Eldredge. All three are really good and when I get started in them I hate to put them down. But I usually find that after about a chapter's worth of information from each one I really need to put it down and ponder what it has said for a while. A case in point from my lunch-break reading of Wild At Heart today:
Which causes me to stop and ponder: Do I know what I'm doing?
